If you receive an item that does not fit we offer free shipping on exchanges on order shipped within the US, just email us! Item sent in must be unworn, unwashed and have tags attached.
You may return most new, non-stained, unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item purchased (shipping charges are non-refundable). Please note there are no returns accepted on any personalized or custom pieces this includes The Date Cuff, Lip Cuff or Lock it Cuffs unless it is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All Fine jewelry pieces can not be returned or exchanged.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
EllandEmm is not responsible for product that is lost in transit. We suggest sending returns with proof of delivery.

Change of Address
Occasionally, customers enter an incorrect address at checkout. If you have made an error, please be sure to contact us ASAP at email@example.com . We cannot guarantee that the change can be made, but we will make our best effort. Unfortunately, we cannot change the address after your order has shipped.
Return to Sender / Refused Parcels
Return to sender packages are those that are returned back to us as undeliverable. All return to send charges will be passed on to the customer unless there is an error in the shipping address causing the package to be returned. there may be a charge to resend it to to the correct address. Please review your shipping address carefully before you submit your order. If you see a problem and need us to fix the address, please contact as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible at email@example.com. We will do our best to accommodate you. Unfortunately, because our order fulfillment process is designed to get the order to you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
Lost or Stolen Packages in Transit
EllandEmm is not responsible for damages that may occur to product during shipping, including product that is lost in transit. We suggest sending returns with proof of delivery.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
